What is OneSiteKit?
OneSiteKit is a field operations platform built for worksites that need more than a spreadsheet. It runs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) — install it once on any phone, tablet, or desktop and it works anywhere your crews go.
What it covers
| Area | What you get |
|---|---|
| Asset Tracking | Sign-out / return workflow for radios, fuel keys, CAS units, and tools via QR code |
| Location Services | Continuous location pings from enrolled devices, searchable by user, device, or date |
| Device Management | Enroll org devices, set ping intervals, view login history |
| Safety Compliance | Confined space entry permits, fall protection records, hazard acknowledgements |
| Meetings | Pre-shift meetings, toolbox talks, attendee capture, document attachments |
| Dewatering | Sump and well pump monitoring, readings log, overdue alerts |
| Environment | Environmental monitoring points, readings, photo documentation, and reporting |
| Remote Locks | Barcode-based site access with admin-controlled approvals and expiry |
| Administration | User roles, org settings, notifications, portal access management |
How it's structured
When you log in you land on the Portal — a tile-based home screen. Each tile opens a feature. Admins see additional management tiles for approvals, user management, and org configuration.
The gear icon (⚙) at the bottom-right opens Appearance settings where you can switch themes, adjust font size, toggle push notifications, and take a guided tour of the app.
Who uses it
- Workers — Sign assets in/out, submit reports, check meeting details, complete safety records.
- Admins — Manage users, enroll devices, review Location Services history, run meetings, approve requests.
TIP
