Themes & Appearance
OneSiteKit supports four visual themes and two font sizes. Your preference is saved to your account, so it follows you across devices.
Opening the Appearance panel
Tap the gear icon ⚙ at the bottom-right of any screen — the portal home or any subscreen (Meetings, Tools, Documents, etc.).
Themes
| Theme | Description |
|---|---|
| Warm Sand (default) | Light, warm off-white background with a classic blue accent |
| Slate | Light, cooler blue-gray background with a teal accent |
| Dark | Dark navy background — easy on the eyes in low-light environments |
| Industrial | High-contrast dark background with an amber accent — built for bright sunlight |
Select a theme by tapping it. The change takes effect instantly and is saved automatically.
Font size
Two sizes are available — Compact and Comfortable (default). Tap the size tile to apply it.
Other settings in the Appearance panel
- Portal View → Edit which tiles appear on your home screen
- Quick Tour → A short ~6-step walkthrough of the main features
- Deep Dive → A full guided walkthrough of every feature
- Push Notifications → Toggle browser push notifications on or off
- SMS Notifications → Opt in or out of SMS alerts (requires your org to have SMS enabled)
- Meeting summary emails → Opt out of automatic summary emails sent when a meeting closes
- Allow Offline Mode → Enable or disable offline caching for your account (requires your org to have offline mode enabled)
- Knowledge Base → Link to the OneSiteKit documentation site
- Terms of Use / Privacy Policy → Links to the legal documents
Closing the panel
Tap the × button in the top-right corner of the panel, or tap anywhere on the dark backdrop behind the panel.
