Push Notifications

OneSiteKit can send browser push notifications for approvals, asset alerts, and other org-level events.

Enabling push notifications

Push notifications require two things:

  1. Org-level: Push must be enabled in Organization Settings (by an admin)
  2. Per-user: Each user must opt in on their own device

Opting in (per user)

  1. Open the gear icon ⚙ on the portal screen
  2. Scroll to Push Notifications
  3. Toggle it on
  4. Your browser will ask for permission — tap Allow

If you previously denied permission, you will need to reset it in your browser settings before the toggle will work.

Opting out

Toggle Push Notifications off in the Appearance panel. You can re-enable it at any time.
