Contact List

The Contact List tile is a searchable org directory, grouped by company, with quick actions for reaching out to anyone on it.

What's on the list

Every approved member of your organization is included automatically — you don't need to be added by an admin. Admins can also add manual entries for people or companies who aren't app users (external contractors, suppliers, etc.).

The active list groups everyone by company. For each contact you can:

• Email — tap to open your mail client (or copy the address on mobile)
• Call — tap to dial
• Save — download a vCard to add the contact to your device's address book

Your visibility

At the bottom of the Contact List, a Your Contact Info card shows whether you're currently shown or hidden on the list, with a button to switch it:

• Current visibility: Shown → tap Hide to remove your contact info from the list
• Current visibility: Hidden → tap Show to put yourself back on the list

This is entirely self-service — you don't need an admin to hide or show yourself.

Admin view

From the Configure tab, admins can:

• Org Members — see every approved member with their current visibility, and hide or show anyone (the same toggle each member has for themselves)
• Manual Entries — add, edit, or remove contacts who aren't app users. A manual entry can be a Person or a Company, and needs at least an email address or a phone number

Manual entries can also be hidden without deleting them, the same way member visibility works.
