Logging In

Accessing the app

Navigate to onesitekit.com in any modern browser, or open the installed PWA on your device.

How login works

OneSiteKit is passwordless — there is no username or password to remember. Your account is tied to the device you registered on. When you return to the app on that device, you are signed in automatically using a secure session stored locally.

TIP

First time using OneSiteKit? Your administrator will provide an organization code to get you started. See Registration below.

Registration

If this is your first time:

  1. Open the app and tap Get Started
  2. Enter the organization code provided by your administrator
  3. Fill in your details — name, email, phone, company, and position
  4. Select any additional portals you need access to (e.g. Dewatering, Projects)
  5. Accept the Terms of Use and submit

Your request goes to an admin for approval. You'll see a "Pending" screen while you wait. Once approved, the app advances automatically — no action needed on your end.

Logging in on a new device

If you get a new phone or need to sign in on a second device:

  1. Open the app and tap Recover Account
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for a recovery link (or 6-digit code)
  4. Tap the link (or enter the code) — your new device is registered and you are signed in

Recovery links are valid for 1 hour.

First-time prompts

On first login you may be asked to:

  1. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
  2. Allow push notifications (optional but recommended for approvals and alerts)
  3. Allow location access if your org uses Location Services

Staying signed in

Your session stays active across browser restarts. You will only be prompted to sign in again if:

  • You explicitly tap Log Out
  • Your session is revoked by an administrator
  • You are accessing the app on a new/different device

Trouble signing in?

  • If you can't get in on a new device, use Recover Account from the login screen
  • If your recovery email isn't arriving, check your spam folder
  • If you see an "Account not found" error, confirm with your admin that your email is registered
  • If your access has been suspended, contact your organization administrator

WARNING

OneSiteKit accounts are org-scoped. If you work across multiple organizations, you will have a separate account for each.
