What is OneSiteKit?

OneSiteKit is a field operations platform built for worksites that need more than a spreadsheet. It runs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) — install it once on any phone, tablet, or desktop and it works anywhere your crews go.

How it's structured

When you log in you land on the Portal — a tile-based home screen. Each tile opens a feature. Admins see additional management tiles for approvals, user management, and org configuration.

The gear icon (⚙) at the bottom-right opens Appearance settings where you can switch themes, adjust font size, toggle push notifications, and take a guided tour of the app.

Who uses it

  • Workers — Sign assets in/out, submit reports, check meeting details, complete safety records.
  • Admins — Manage users, enroll devices, review Location Services history, run meetings, approve requests.

TIP

New to OneSiteKit? Start with Logging In and then take the Quick Tour inside the app — open the gear icon and tap Quick Tour.
