Appearance
Portal Overview
After logging in you land on the Portal — the main home screen. It is a grid of tiles, each opening a feature or workflow.
Tile grid
Tiles are grouped by function. The tiles you see depend on your role and what your organization has enabled.

TIP
Access to the Dewatering, Wells, Inspections, and Projects portals is granted per user by an admin. If you need access to one of these, use the Request Access tile.
Customising your tiles
Open the gear icon ⚙ → tap Edit next to Portal View to show or hide tiles you don't use frequently.
Top bar
The top bar shows:
- Org name and your role badge
- Connection status indicator (green dot = online)
Gear icon (Appearance panel)
The gear icon ⚙ at the bottom-right is available on every screen — the portal home and all subscreens. It opens the Appearance panel where you can switch themes, adjust font size, manage notifications, and replay the guided tour.
Updates
When a new version of OneSiteKit is deployed, the app detects the update in the background and reloads automatically within a few seconds. Any form data you have open may be cleared, so complete or save your work before navigating away if an update banner appears.
