Device Management

The Devices tab (under Users) lets admins track every browser/device that has been used to log into OneSiteKit, enroll devices for location pinging, manage nicknames, and view login history.

Devices tab overview

Each row in the device table represents a unique browser profile that has logged into your organization. Columns:

Column	Description
Name / ID	Device nickname (editable) and unique device identifier
Enrolled	Whether location pinging is active on this device
Last Seen	Timestamp of the most recent login or ping
Last User	The user who most recently logged in on this device
Actions	History, Enroll / Unenroll buttons

Devices that match your current browser are highlighted and labelled This device.

Enrolling a device

Enrolling a device activates location pinging for that device. The enrollment process requires the target device to be logged in at the same time.

Steps

1. On an admin account, go to Users → Devices tab
2. Find the device you want to enroll and click Enroll
3. An enrollment code is generated and displayed on the admin's screen
4. The user on the target device will see a prompt asking them to accept enrollment
5. Once accepted, the device is enrolled and pinging begins at the next login

TIP

The target device must have been used to log into OneSiteKit at least once before it appears in the Devices list.

Unenrolling a device

Click Unenroll next to any enrolled device. Pinging stops immediately. The device remains in the list and can be re-enrolled later.

Device nicknames

Each device shows its unique ID by default (…abc12345 truncated). You can give it a friendly name:

1. Click the rename icon (pencil) next to the device name
2. Type a nickname (e.g. "Curtis's iPhone", "Site Truck Tablet")
3. Press Enter or click Save

Nicknames are visible in the device list and Location Services history.

Login history

Click History (N) to open a side panel showing the last N logins for that device — including the user who logged in and the timestamp.

Filter By

Use the Filter By buttons (Last 24 hours / Last 7 days / Last 30 days) to narrow the login history window shown in the Devices tab.
