CAS Units
CAS units are tracked through the Tools tile. Signing out a CAS unit requires a valid certification on file — admins review and approve certification documents before sign-out access is granted.
Submitting your certification
Before you can sign out a CAS unit, upload your certification documents:
- Open the Tools tile and navigate to CAS Units
- Tap Submit Certification
- Upload photos of:
- Mine Driver's License — front and back
- CAS Certification document
- Submit — your documents go to an admin for review
Certification status is shown with a colour-coded badge:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| None | No certification on file |
| Pending | Submitted, awaiting admin review |
| Approved | Valid certification — sign-out available |
| Expiring Soon | Valid but expires within 90 days |
| Expired | Certification has lapsed — sign-out blocked |
| Rejected | Submission rejected — resubmission required |

Returns go through admin approval — same as radios and fuel keys:

Admin view
Admins manage CAS units from the Asset Database tile:
- Review and approve or reject certification submissions (with optional rejection reason)
- View certification expiry dates with colour-coded warnings
- Approve or reject pending return requests
- Add, edit, and archive unit records
- Bulk import via CSV
- Print QR code label sheets
