Bug Reports
The Bug Report tile gives every user a direct line to report app issues or site feedback — straight from their phone, in the field.
Submitting a report
- Open Bug Report from the portal
- Describe the issue in the text field
- Use the microphone button to dictate your report instead of typing
- Optionally attach photos to illustrate the problem
- Tap Submit
What gets captured automatically
- Your name and user account
- The device and browser you're using
- A timestamp
- The current page / screen you were on
- App version
Dictation
Tap the microphone button, speak your report, and release. The transcript appears in the text field for you to review and edit before submitting.
For admins
Submitted reports appear in the admin panel under Bug Reports (accessible from the portal home or Pending Approvals). Each report shows:
- Reporter name and device info
- Description and attached photos
- Submission timestamp
Admins can add internal notes, mark reports as resolved, or escalate them. Escalated reports are flagged with a red badge on the tile.
