v2.5.11 · September 2026 ​

NEW ​

  • Meeting series admins can now configure how long after the scheduled start time a recurring meeting auto-closes (1–23 hours); previously hardcoded at 3 hours
  • The admin who creates a meeting series is automatically added as a contributor to roll call

FIXES ​

  • Competencies role assignments now save correctly on the first attempt; users who have both an app account and an unlinked training record no longer appear twice in the role dropdown
  • "Required" indicators removed from meeting field cards and meeting form field labels

  • Chart cards in ArcGIS meeting integrations can now be reordered using ▲/▼ buttons
  • Chart card list and edit view show a note when only one integration is linked (layer not selectable)

FIXES ​

  • Attachment links in meeting summary emails now automatically open the document viewer on arrival
  • Meeting summary email text fields now render line breaks correctly (was stripping formatting)

  • Well documentation (activity log notes and file uploads) now appear in meeting summary emails; each file links directly to its download
  • Certifications expiring within 30 days show a warning in My Updates on the portal home screen; expired certs appear in red

FIXES ​

  • Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection, and Ground Disturbance: training_check checklist items can now be checked off when all assigned personnel have valid training (a secondary validation gate was incorrectly blocking completion)

  • Unified asset scanner — Single scan screen replaces four separate per-type screens (radios, fuel keys, CAS, tools)
  • OSK-ID-first scanner lookup — Scanner checks OSK-assigned IDs (Radio-, FKEY-, CAS-, TOOL-, TG-) before falling back to serial number; each scan now fires a single API request
  • Meeting field carry-over — Individual fields can now be set to "Prepopulate from previous instance"; when a new meeting event opens, those fields are seeded with the previous entry's values. A purple (carryover from MMM DD, YYYY entry) label marks each seeded field until it is edited
  • Swipe navigation in meetings — Swipe left or right on a meeting event (mobile) to move to the previous or next event in the series
  • Meeting summary email: inline attachments — Field attachments now appear directly below their field in the summary email; fields with an attachment but no text value are no longer hidden
  • Announcement banner links — Announcements can now include a clickable hyperlink; the banner opens the linked page in a new tab
  • Subtle UI idle state — The gear icon and user badge fade to near-transparent after 2 seconds of inactivity and restore on interaction
  • PWA home screen icon — Updated to a clean white-background logo on both iOS and Android

FIXES ​

  • CAS credential check moved to scan time — the "Certification Required" banner no longer appears for all users on the scanner home page; credentials are only verified when a CAS unit QR is actually scanned, at which point uncertified users are redirected to the credential upload form
  • Meeting summary emails now include full meeting minutes in the correct field order, including nested section children
  • Meeting summary emails correctly group roll call attendance by company and include ArcGIS status changes and chart summaries when present
  • Participants removed from a meeting series are now dropped from all open events immediately when their account is deleted
  • Return and sign-out approval requests are now atomic — two admins acting simultaneously no longer produce duplicate transactions
  • Import tab arrows and sort icons now display correctly as text symbols on iOS
  • Bulk import file and folder indicators replaced with SVG icons

  • Refreshed Control Panel — Cleaner tile layout with at-a-glance badge counts for items requiring your attention

  • Announcement banner links — Announcements can now include a hyperlink; the banner becomes clickable and opens the linked page in a new tab

  • Email opt-out — Meeting summary emails include an unsubscribe link so participants can opt out without contacting an admin
  • Roll call batch print — Print view now groups attendees by company and shows only present participants

  • Adding or removing a member from a meeting group now correctly updates all open events in that series
