v3.2.27 · October 2026 ​

NEW ​

  • Project Updates SMS: A new "Project Updates" toggle in gear → SMS Notifications sends texts when concerns are raised, tasks assigned or updated, progress notes added (including note content), and tasks completed or resolved. Only applies to enrolled project members; the person who made the change is never notified.
  • Inspection area GPS & map picker: Add/Edit Inspection Area modals now include a "Use Current Location" button and a satellite map pin-drop to capture the area's coordinates. Inspection areas are sorted nearest-first based on your current GPS position.
  • Project detail — wide layout on browser: Individual project pages now use the wider layout on larger screens (up to 1100px).

FIXES ​

  • Gear modal — Notification Portal link hidden for standard users: The "Subscribed to N lists. Customize in Notification Portal" line was always visible when using owner view-as. It now correctly hides for standard users.
  • Account recovery email: Removed iOS/Android-specific app navigation instructions; the email now just shows the code and a restore button.

NEW ​

  • Pending Actions — Reschedule & Notes: "Add Note" button is now Reschedule (opens an inline date picker with optional reason). "History" is now Notes — expands a panel showing the full event trail plus an inline add-note textarea at the bottom.
  • Projects activity feed — deep links: Clicking an Issue or Resolved item in Recent Project Activity opens the project and pops the concern modal directly. Clicking a Check item opens the inspection point modal.
  • Inspection HTML export — inline photos & GPS: Photos are now shown inline in a 3-column grid within the inspection report. UTM easting/northing coordinates are displayed per check row when available.
  • ZIP export — titled root folders: Project ZIP exports now use "{Title} (proj_id)" as the root folder name for both single-project and multi-project exports.
  • Meetings — Participant Concerns redesign: Concerns are shown as parent cards with indented action subtasks beneath them. Standalone tasks show their actual title. A per-project "Recently Completed" section shows completions from the last 14 days.

FIXES ​

  • Inspection area modal — frequency input always visible: The "every N days" input is now always rendered but greyed/disabled when the checkbox is unchecked, rather than being replaced with "___".
  • Timezone — Alberta Time added: A dedicated "Alberta Time (UTC−7 year-round)" option is now available, reflecting Alberta's permanent Mountain Standard Time. Mountain Time (Denver) remains for DST-observing zones.

  • Projects task modal — duplicate submissions prevented: The Complete, Delegate, and Reschedule buttons in the project task action modal now block duplicate API calls on rapid double-tap. Previously these handlers had no guard; they now use the same ref + loading-state pattern as the rest of the app.

  • Delegate dropdown — first-attempt selection: Selecting a user from the delegate dropdown now works reliably on the first tap in Pending Actions, Projects (task modal and concern detail), and Meetings (Participant Concerns). The user list is now pre-loaded when each screen mounts instead of being fetched lazily at the moment the dropdown opens, eliminating a race where the native picker could dismiss before the options arrived.

  • Platform Analytics — Billing Day column: The Overview org table now shows each org's billing day (e.g. "15th").

FIXES ​

  • Pricing page — Learn More scroll: Clicking Learn More on the registration screen now scrolls to the bottom of the pricing page (trial / contact section) rather than stopping mid-page.
  • Pricing page — default preset: The scenario calculator now opens on the Small Site preset instead of Large Site.

  • File type icons on project file docks: Each file now displays an icon indicating its type — PDF, image, Word, Excel, presentation, email, archive, video, audio, text, CAD, or generic.
  • Collapsible Project Members card: The Project Members section in project detail now collapses and expands, keeping the page tidy when not in use.
  • Coordinators can manage project access: Full members (coordinators) can now add or remove limited-access users from projects they are assigned to.

  • Projects — drag-and-drop file upload: File dock areas now accept drag-and-drop. Empty docks display a full-height drop zone; docks with existing files show a slim drop strip at the bottom. Dragging highlights the dock with an accent border.
  • Projects — comprehensive export (Admin tab): Admins can select one or multiple projects and download a single ZIP file organized into Compliance Checklist/, File Docks/, and Inspections/ folders. Each inspection date includes a self-contained HTML report and its photos.
  • Projects — unified Project Access section: The separate Full Access and Limited Access panels have been replaced with a single roll-call–style section supporting search, promote, demote, and remove — consistent with the Meetings participant model.

  • Competencies panel — explicit Save button: Role assignments no longer auto-save on selection. A Save Assignments button at the bottom of the panel commits changes and provisions Ground Disturbance training tasks. Accidental name clicks are now safe to undo before saving.
  • Competencies panel — auto-verify: Changing a slot now triggers a read-only cert re-check ("Checking…") so the Certs Pending / ✓ Verified badge stays current without any side effects.

  • Asset DB — Mark Inactive (bulk): The bulk modify modal now includes a "Mark Inactive" option for Radios, Fuel Keys, CAS units, and Tools. A browser confirmation warns that all selected assets will be unassigned if currently signed out.
  • Asset DB — Edit button clears multi-selection: Clicking the edit (pencil) button on any row now deselects all other rows, so the edit modal reflects only that single item.

FIXES ​

  • Asset DB — Bulk modify ownership pre-fill: When all selected radios share the same ownership type, the Ownership field now pre-selects that value so you can see the current state at a glance.
  • Activity log — 40+ action types now human-readable: Entries for pump checks, well checks, environment checks, document uploads/replacements/deletions, dewatering pumps/sumps, DP wells, tool groups, meeting groups, CSE/fall/ground events, work order deletions, and email opt preference changes now display descriptive text instead of raw JSON.

  • Projects portal — search restored: The "Search All Projects" bar now returns results correctly (a routing conflict was causing all searches to return empty).
  • Projects portal — competency role assignments: Selecting a person in a competency role slot is now reliable; a race condition in the auto-save could occasionally cause a selection to appear to snap back.

NEW ​

  • Notepad portal: A personal rich-text scratch pad is now available as a Tools tile for all users. Each note supports multiple labeled sections, rich formatting (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, bullet/numbered lists), and tappable checkboxes. Notes auto-save as you type and the last-edited note reopens automatically on next visit. Notes can be shared with specific org members for collaborative editing. Admins can enable or disable the tile org-wide from Site Configuration.
  • QuickTask button: A floating compose button (pencil icon above the gear) is now available on every screen. Tap it to quickly create action items on a project, append a comment to a meeting field, open or create a Notepad note, or jump to an inspection screen — all without returning to the portal home.
  • FieldMaps Manager — admin MFA support: ArcGIS Online admin settings now accept a TOTP MFA secret. When configured, the system computes a one-time passcode and includes it automatically in every token call — fixing authentication failures for admin accounts that have MFA enabled.
  • Pending Actions — action item due dates: Due dates are now displayed on action item cards and overdue items are highlighted. Admins can reschedule due dates directly from the Pending Actions screen.
  • Projects portal — 6 UX fixes: Numerous small fixes to the Projects portal screen.
  • FieldMaps license request badge: Pending ArcGIS license requests now surface as a count badge on the FieldMaps Manager portal tile.

  • Weather location setting: Site admins can now search and pin any city or region in Site Configuration. All meeting weather cards for the organization will use this location instead of the default.
  • Header logo navigation: Tapping the OneSiteKit logo in any screen header now navigates back to the portal home screen.

  • User Database — History button: The activity log now correctly pre-filters to the selected user when opened from the History button.
  • Partner Orgs — invite input: Input field and Send Invite button layout corrected for mobile screens.

  • FieldMaps Manager — password rotation notifications: When a seat password is rotated (via user return, admin approval, or force-return), all other current checkout holders receive an in-app and push notification prompting them to re-login with updated credentials.
  • FieldMaps Manager — rotation banner: Checkout cards now display an amber banner with timestamp when the seat password was rotated after the user's checkout was issued, making it easy to correlate any unexpected FieldMaps login prompts.

FIXES ​

  • Registration: Sub-tool keys (Radios, Fuel Keys, CAS Units, Generic Tools) no longer appear as separate portal options in the registration portal list.
  • Desktop — Compact mode: Full-screen modal overlays were missing a strip of blur at the bottom of the screen in Compact display mode. Fixed across all affected overlays.

Connex ​

  • Saved views — Save any filter combination as a named view from the bookmark icon in the top bar. Saved views activate immediately on creation and can be updated, renamed, or deleted at any time.
  • Tab-aware XLSX export — Export XLSX now exports the active tab: the pivot table when on the Pivot tab, or the headcount grid when on the Headcount tab.
  • Escape cancels template placement — Press Escape while placing a template from the sidebar to cancel the operation without placing an event.
  • Viewer: Filters section — The Calendar Viewer now shows a Filters section header above the filter bar for clarity.
  • Viewer: Print Options layout — Calendar Title and Date Range are now grouped under a single Print Options header, displayed side-by-side on desktop.
  • Removed: Purchase Order field — The Purchase Order field has been removed from event templates and placed events. Work Order remains for cost-tracking reference numbers.

A full visual scheduling suite is now available from the Connex tile in your portal.

  • Visual calendar — drag-and-drop event templates across 1-month, 4-month, and year views; resize or delete events inline
  • Rotation limits — set Max Days On and Min Days Off per template; Connex enforces minimum rest gaps, shows a utilisation preview before saving, and carries limits forward at schedule junctions
  • Linked events — chain any event to snap to the start or end of another, with optional gap days; moving the anchor redraws all linked events automatically
  • Blockers — mark holidays, maintenance windows, weather days, or custom dates; per-template routing (respect all / selected / ignore)
  • Roster — define Labor, Equipment, and Billable Item resources with rates, hours, quantity, headcount, and vendor; CSV import; attach to event templates for automatic cost roll-up
